ຊາໄຂ່ມຸກປາກຊ່ອງ (ຊາຂາວແະ່ ນ)

It is made by picking one bud, two leaves or three leaves from ancient tea trees, with a clear and numerous heart, gray green or emerald green color, bright and shiny, with leaves stretched and pressed, slightly curled on both sides, and obvious ripples on the leaf surface. After brewing, the soup color is orange or dark yellow, and the bottom of the leaves is uniform, soft, and bright. When the leaves are exposed to light, the main veins can be seen as red. When drinking, the taste is mellow, the aroma is clear and fresh, and the aftertaste is sweet with floral and fruity fragrance.
